Double glazing replacement in Warsaw
Cracked glass, a broken pane or moisture inside the sealed unit? We assess your window, select suitable replacement glazing and fit it to size. A sound frame can often be kept.
For an initial assessment, send a photo of the whole window, a close-up of the damage and the approximate size of the visible glass. We take precise measurements before ordering the unit.

We assess the existing frame and sash before recommending replacement.
Glazing that fits your window
We check dimensions, thickness, weight and how the glass is secured.
Measure, order and fit
We explain the work and agree the specification before proceeding.
What has happened to your glass?
Damaged glass does not always mean replacing the whole window. We check whether the problem is limited to the glazing or also affects the rest of the window.
The glass is cracked or broken
Cracks, impact damage or a broken pane need assessment and suitable replacement glazing. Do not press on damaged glass or remove fragments from the frame yourself.
Moisture or marks between the panes
Persistent misting inside a sealed unit can indicate a failed seal. Normal cleaning cannot remove moisture between the panes. Condensation on the room-facing surface needs a separate assessment.
You want to reduce heat loss
We can check whether glazing with different thermal properties will fit. The choice depends on allowable thickness and weight, as well as the condition of the frame, sash and hardware.
You need quieter rooms or different glass
We select acoustic, safety and solar-control options for the room's needs. Suitability and the expected benefit are discussed for your particular window.
From measuring to checking the finished window
We replace glazing in uPVC, timber and aluminium windows where their condition and construction allow the work to be carried out safely.
Assessment and accurate measurements
We check the unit's width, height and overall thickness, spacer bar, glazing beads, and the condition of the frame and sash.
Glass selection and ordering
We agree the unit's specification and purpose. Replacement glazing is ordered for the particular window and must suit the existing construction.
Careful removal and fitting
We remove the old unit, fit the replacement with suitable support and refit the glazing beads, taking care of the frame and work area.
Checks after replacement
We check the glazing's position and how the sash closes and operates. If further adjustment or repair is needed, we explain the additional work.
The right glass for your window
Dimensions are only part of the specification. Thickness, weight, fixing method and the glazing's intended purpose also matter.
Standard sealed units
Double or triple glazing in a specification suited to the existing frame and sash.
Energy-efficient glass
Low-emissivity coatings and a suitable unit specification can reduce heat loss through the glazing. We select options that the window can accommodate.
Acoustic glass
A suitable combination of panes and laminated glass can help reduce noise. The condition and sealing of the whole window also affect the result.
Safety glass
Toughened or laminated glass selected for its location. Where security is a requirement, we assess the whole window rather than the glass alone.
Solar-control glass
Options that limit solar gain and glare, selected according to the window's orientation and the room's needs.
Other glazing
Single panes, glazed doors and non-standard options are assessed individually after checking the construction and fitting requirements.
A sound frame can stay
If only the glazing is damaged, replacing the sealed unit can reduce the cost and extent of the work compared with replacing the entire window. We assess the frame, sash and hardware before recommending a solution.
- Keep a serviceable window structure
- Glazing made to the required size
- Window operation checked after fitting
Four steps to replacement glazing
Sealed units are made to order. Measuring and fitting usually take place separately; we agree the schedule after selecting the glass and confirming availability.

The price depends on the glazing and fitting requirements. Photos help us make an initial assessment; we prepare the final quotation after checking the dimensions and specification.

Before you order: common questions
Does broken glass mean I need a whole new window?
Not always. If the frame, sash and hardware are sound, it is often possible to replace only the sealed unit. We assess the window's condition and construction first.
Can you replace just one pane in a sealed unit?
A sealed unit is a factory-sealed assembly. If one pane is damaged, the whole unit is usually replaced to restore the correct specification and seal.
Why is there mist between the panes?
Persistent moisture between the panes can indicate that the unit's seal has failed. Condensation on the room-facing surface is a different issue and does not, by itself, mean the unit needs replacement.
Can the replacement make the window warmer or quieter?
We check the frame, sash, hardware and glazing beads to determine what is possible. Allowable thickness and weight matter, and the result also depends on the condition of the rest of the window.
Will the new glass be fitted at the first visit?
The unit usually needs to be made to size. We first measure and agree its specification, then arrange fitting once the glazing is ready. Timing is confirmed individually.
What should I send for an initial quote?
A photo of the whole window, a close-up of the damage, the approximate dimensions of the visible glass, and the location of the work. This helps us assess the problem but does not replace precise measurements before ordering.
